Future Floors Inc is a full-service residential and commercial flooring company specializing in providing a wide range of flooring products and services. We are a residential and commercial contractor and installer of high-quality, high-performance floor coverings, including, but not limited to, carpeting, engineered hardwood, ceramic tile, cork, environmentally sensitive and ancillary products that have been aligned to meet a wide variety of end-user needs.

We achieve this by maintaining mutually beneficial and trustworthy relationships with our resourceful and committed manufacturers and distributors, strategic alliances, team leaders, and team members. John Kamencik

President & CEO

John studied Computer Sciences at the University of South Carolina as well as the University of Northwest Oklahoma. Mr. Kamecik is by far the most learned professional in the engineering aspects within the organization and has transferred his considerable talents to the specific arena of floor specifications after leaving Don-Vac where he was the manager of the flooring division for 15 years.

John’s experience allows the customer base to enjoy a high level of confidence when proposals are submitted. In addition, this helps John to consult with architectural firms at their request, not only bringing in additional revenue but also facilitating a large number of referrals.

Adam Piche

General Manager

Adam is in charge of ordering, scheduling and managing projects here at Future Floors Inc. He also oversees the delivery of products and supplies to job sites and is the Chief Safety Officer. He has worked in the construction industry for eleven years and has been with Future Floors Inc for over eight years.

Adam received his high school diploma from Essex High School and is OSHA certified. Adam's role ensures accurate and timely communication between the office and the field.
